Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. A gift certificate will be emailed once the return is received.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
